The payment goods delivered by us is possible in cash or by bank transfer.
In irreproducible delivery addresses or higher order values we reserve the right to deliver only against prepayment or cash on delivery.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. They are solely the purchase and contract.
Retention of title:
We reserve the ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price.
Delivery / shipping:
Delivery by GLS, D & .A packs or forwarding. We ship to your home address or a specified, different delivery address. With the acceptance of the package the risk of loss or damage by the carrier passes to you.
Therefore, please check the consignment immediately upon adoption is complete and intact. If the parcel was damaged, make a complaint immediately with the transport company and inform us!
Of costs of the return costs upon withdrawal by the buyer:
The buyer will bear in the event of cancellation, the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered corresponds.
All prices in our shop and our courses are in EURO.
For deliveries under a commodity value of € 300,00 we charge within Austria € 7,00 postage and packaging. For deliveries under a commodity value of € 300,00 will be charged to Germany € 15.00 postage and packaging.
Deliveries over € 300,00 place freight-free within Austria and Germany (shipping costs to other European countries please email us for shipping).
Exception: Boats and paddles here are actually shipping costs calculated (before purchase by mail check).
A purchase contract is only when we accept your order. This happens by providing you send an e-mail with the notification that we have sent the goods to you, or if such a notification does not occur, by sending the goods.
Austrian law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction shall be unless the law provides otherwise mandatory Kitzbühel.
Terms and Conditions (GTC) kayaking courses and paddle Camps:
The booking is made in writing, via email or via web order. The course contract comes only through the written confirmation of the user of these terms and conditions. Verbal agreements are not binding. By booking the participant accepts the following terms and conditions as part of the contract. Terms of the participant are only valid if they are recognized by us in writing. Contract are posted on the website of each service content to there advertised prices. All prices are per person, unless otherwise determined. With the booking confirmation a deposit of 50% of the course fee will be charged. The respective total price is to be paid in full at least 1 week prior to date of course-launch.
In addition to the course fees are payable in costs for private arrival and possibly food and accommodation. If certain services are not taken during the course to complete (for example, due to illness), so still falls the entire price.
Vouchers are valid with the payment of each designated voucher amount.
In case of withdrawal of the customer from the contract the following cancellation fees are calculated without regard to the reason for withdrawal:
Up to 30 days before the course starts 20% plus EUR 20,00 handling fee
Up to 14 days before the course starts 30% of the respective course price
Up to 7 days in advance 50% of the respective course price
Up to 3 days in advance 100% of the respective course price
The non-implementation of a course due to external, standing in any operational context obstacles, the responsibility of the organizers. In this case, the subscriber is entitled to make up the booked service within one year. Further claims are excluded.
The Kajak- Kanuschule Kitzalp reserves at low number of participants a refusal to seven days prior to the course or 14 days before the camp before.
The participant assures to have the necessary for each course mental and physical condition.

The participant has to check his equipment provided for completeness and perfect fit. Damage or other defects must be reported to the instructor immediately.

Complaints concerning the nature and duration of each course be reported to the instructor and the organizer of this immediately. Claims on Complaints must be at least 4 weeks claimed after the course begins.
After proper enrollment and danger awareness by the trainer, participation is in all courses at your own risk. The liability for any damages of any conceivable legal basis is to the organizer and the course leaders limited to gross negligence and intent. For consumer transactions within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, this applies only in so far as these damages do not relate to personal injury. the student shall be liable for the return as well as for damage to equipment of the organizer by improper handling.
The student must follow all safety instructions of the trainer. Students are obliged to mutual consideration. The teacher is entitled to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions of the course. Austrian law applies.
